Position the tape gently across the center of your forehead, just above the ears. Wrap it around your head with a relaxed, comfortable tension — not too tight. Take note of the point where the tape overlaps.

Refer to our size chart to select your ideal size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we suggest opting for the larger size to guarantee comfort and style.

One Size Compatibility Our "One Size" items are designed to accommodate a specific range of head circumferences (typically 55cm – 60cm). Compare your measurement to this range to confirm suitability.

Our Tip: Should you not have a measuring tape, a standard piece of tape can be used, which you may then measure against a ruler for accuracy.
