EU Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the EU. 

Every order is handled with the utmost care: once placed, our team prepares and processes your items within 1–2 business days. After processing, your order is entrusted to our premium logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, or select national couriers – to ensure a secure and reliable delivery experience.

Transit Time: Within the EU, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.

Delivered Duties Paid (DDP): For most EU destinations, all VAT, import taxes, and customs duties are included at checkout. This means you will not face any unexpected charges upon delivery. If you are uncertain whether your country qualifies for DDP service, we recommend confirming with your local customs authority.

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

We are proud to extend our service worldwide, reaching destinations far beyond Europe.

Shipping costs will be clearly reflected at checkout, ensuring full transparency at the time of purchase. 

Please note for deliveries outside the EU, duties and taxes are not included in the checkout price. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer. To ensure a seamless experience, our trusted logistics partners may, in some cases, collect these fees directly on behalf of customs, allowing your order to arrive with ease and efficiency.

Carriers & Tracking

We collaborate exclusively with trusted international shipping partners such as DHL, UPS, and national postal services. Each order is shipped with end-to-end tracking, and your tracking number will be shared by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Important Notes

While we always strive to deliver on time, minor delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections or peak shipping periods. For destinations not covered by DDP, local customs authorities may apply additional duties or taxes upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to re-shipping fees.

We want you to find your perfect fit with ease. To receive your new size without delay, we recommend placing a fresh order for your preferred item while returning the original.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once the return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For deliveries outside the EU, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns


We take pride in our craftsmanship and wish you to feel entirely confident in your purchase. Should you wish to make a return, items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
