Avoid Excessive Moisture

Our products are crafted to withstand light contact with water, such as a few drops of rain or accidental splashes. However, we strongly advise against submerging them in water or exposing them to prolonged heavy rainfall. Extended exposure to moisture may weaken the structural integrity of the materials and cause potential warping, discoloration, or surface damage over time. Always allow your item to dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated area if it does get wet.

Store with Shape in Mind

Proper storage is essential to maintaining the longevity and appearance of your item. Always keep your product in a cool, dry environment away from direct heat sources. To help preserve its original shape, consider storing it with a supportive form, such as tissue paper or a soft cloth, placed gently inside. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it during storage, as this can lead to permanent creasing or deformation.

Clean Gently

To keep your item looking its best, we recommend gentle spot-cleaning only. Use a soft, damp cloth with a mild, non-abrasive detergent to remove surface dirt. Do not machine wash, soak, or scrub vigorously. Harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, and rough handling can cause irreversible damage to the fabric, color, or any decorative components. Always test any cleaning product on a small, hidden area first if you're unsure.

Protect from Direct Sunlight

While our materials are selected for durability, prolonged and repeated exposure to direct sunlight may lead to fading or weakening of the surface over time. To prevent color loss or material fatigue, store your item in a shaded area or inside a breathable protective dust bag when not in use. Avoid leaving it in windowsills, cars, or outdoor spaces where it’s exposed to strong UV rays.

Travel Smart

When traveling with your item, we recommend placing it inside a structured bag or hard case to protect it from being crushed, bent, or deformed in transit. Packing it loosely among heavier items may cause pressure marks or misshaping. For added protection, stuff the interior with soft fabric or padding before packing to help maintain its form throughout your journey.

Avoid Contact with Oils and Lotions

To prevent staining and discoloration, always handle your item with clean, dry hands. Natural body oils, lotions, perfumes, and hair products can gradually transfer to the surface, especially on lighter-colored fabrics or leather accents. Over time, this may lead to darkening or spotting. If accidental contact occurs, gently blot the area with a clean, dry cloth—do not rub.
